    4D Roofing & Restoration is currently hiring part-time and full-time canvassing/lead generation team members. 

     

    Experience is great, but it’s not required. We’ll train you every step of the way. 

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Work in local neighborhoods talking with homeowners about the condition of their roof, plans for replacement, repair needs and any recent storms that may have affected them. 

    • Set appointments for our inspection team. (In addition to your normal hourly pay you’ll earn bonus commissions for each inspection you set.)

    • Use training, sales tools and technology to make sure you’re talking to the right people at the right times, tracking your success and learning from every interaction.  

     

    What We’ll Provide:

    • $15/hour PLUS commission & bonuses for every appointment set.

    • W2 position with weekly pay. (Clear, easy to understand pay structure…Paid fast!)

    • Full training. (We’re looking for the right personalities. We’ll provide the training, tools and resources you need to be successful!)

    • Opportunity to learn directly from top roofing sales professionals, who have sold at the highest levels. (We’ve been there, we’ll help you get there too!)

    • Clear path to become a Certified Roofing Inspector/Salesperson. (If you want to learn and grow, we’re here to support you!)

    What You’ll Need:

    • Be positive, outgoing, and willing to talk with people.

    • Have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

    • Bring a desire to learn, earn and grow.
